Performance Specialist

About the role

Google is looking for a Performance Specialist to drive adoption of its advertising solutions across Latin America. You will work closely with sales, agency partners and executive leadership to shape product strategy and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Educate the ecosystem and collaborate with Sales and Agency teams to prioritize actions for Search products.
• Develop key client narratives and co‑sell product priorities in partnership with Sales and Agency.
• Co‑own and evolve the product strategy for Search solutions, influencing regional partners.
• Help customers adopt performance solutions to maximize business results.
• Execute go‑to‑market plans to successfully launch Search solutions in the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing or product roles.
• Proven experience working with digital organizations and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend solutions that improve customer strategy.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $124,000 to $181,000 per year.
