Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead the production area, ensuring that orders are completed on time, meet quality standards, and are executed safely. This role supports operators, manages workflow, and maintains accurate digital records in the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, classify, and prioritize production orders assigned to the department.
• Distribute work to operators, providing guidance and assistance throughout execution.
• Ensure orders are completed within required timeframes and quality specifications.
• Optimize material usage, minimize waste, and control production costs.
• Maintain digital order control by updating the ERP system.
• Participate in personnel decisions, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Administer company policies on discipline, absenteeism, and compliance matters.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Preferred: college degree in industrial engineering.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with web browsers (Internet Explorer).
