Production Supervisor

About the role

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead its manufacturing operations. In this hands‑on role you will coordinate machining, welding, assembly and testing activities while ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and assign daily production orders across multiple work centers to optimize flow.
• Lead technical and operational teams in a shop‑floor environment.
• Monitor key KPIs such as machine utilization, labor efficiency, scrap, rework and on‑time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks, analyze performance data and drive continuous‑improvement projects.
• Apply Lean tools (AMEF, VSM, 6S, SMED, root‑cause analysis) and maintain a 5S/6S disciplined workplace.
• Support statistical process control and verify that production meets drawings, tolerances and quality standards.
• Manage personnel schedules, attendance, overtime and compliance with labor regulations.
• Coordinate material, tool and spare‑part requirements with Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 45001 safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising manufacturing or machine‑shop operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous‑improvement culture.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Ability to manage teams, schedules and safety procedures effectively.
