Project Manager – Corporate Interior Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead corporate interior projects, from new builds to renovations. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects meet time, cost, technical, and performance criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project information flow between the client and internal teams through meetings and written communications.
• Establish and maintain project governance, planning, and processes.
• Prepare and update status reports, purchase orders, tracking documents, and financial files.
• Read and interpret project documents such as agreements, designs, specifications, charters, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Coordinate multiple timelines and project elements, setting priorities to meet deadlines.
• Handle project correspondence including meetings, reports, memos, and emails.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related construction field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate office new‑build and renovation projects.
• Experience in a client‑focused environment and knowledge of the full project life‑cycle.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
