Project Manager – Logistics Automation (Chile)

About the role

Geek+ is looking for a Project Manager to lead warehouse automation projects in Chile, acting as the main point of contact for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver Autonomous Mobile‑Robot (AMR) solutions that improve logistics efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AMR project teams through design, planning, execution and delivery, ensuring specifications, budgets and timelines are met.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams and subcontractors to align project objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage integration of hardware and software components.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure project documentation complies with company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience delivering integrated hardware‑software logistics solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build client relationships.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes and how AMR systems improve efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel 25‑50 % of the time.

Required skills

• Experience with Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
