PV & BESS Engineer – Entry Level (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Civil Engineer to join our Santiago team as a PV & BESS Engineer. This position is tailored for a fresh graduate eager to build a long‑term career in renewable energy, focusing on solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Key responsibilities

• Support technical development and implementation of Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Provide system configuration, technical calculations, and engineering documentation.
• Assist in evaluating customer technical requirements and project specifications.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and other internal teams.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical presentations and project documentation.
• Continuously update knowledge of PV, BESS, inverters, and energy storage technologies.

Required profile

• Electrical Civil Engineering degree (mandatory).
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in Solar PV and BESS technologies.
• Academic, internship, or project experience related to solar, energy systems, or BESS is valued.
• Advanced English proficiency.
