QA Analyst – Remote (Chile)

About the role

Symphonic is seeking a QA Analyst to join its Rights squad remotely from Chile. You will help ensure high‑quality, reliable products that enable artists and labels to distribute music worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and verify user stories.
• Design and execute detailed test plans for new and existing web‑based features.
• Become the expert on Symphonic’s content and catalog management systems, including ingestion, publishing, licensing, rights, and metadata workflows.
• Reproduce reported issues and file clear, actionable bug reports.
• Communicate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and other squads.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and team planning sessions.
• Contribute ideas to improve QA processes, tools, and documentation.
• Help track and report defect trends and quality metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of QA experience for web‑based, client‑facing applications.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• User‑first mindset with empathy for artists and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an Agile, remote environment.
