Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will guide a large team of recruiters, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure the process aligns with the company’s rapid growth and global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders.
• Design and implement new hiring strategies that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and business‑aligned.
• Monitor, report, and act on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Analyze recruitment data to continuously refine staffing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
