Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will shape hiring strategies, guide a large team of recruiters, and ensure the company continues to attract top‑tier tech talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring processes and employee‑well‑being initiatives.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep talent acquisition practices aligned with business needs.
• Track, analyze and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Continuously refine recruitment data and workflows for optimal results.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
