Regional Commercial Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

About the role

The company is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to lead and coordinate medical promotion and commercial activities for the pharmaceutical division in the Santiago region. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on team leadership to achieve sales targets and ensure high‑quality engagement with health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute regional medical promotion and commercial strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Monitor commercial indicators, track performance against objectives, and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards during medical visits and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing, product, and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Health Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in commercial processes, medical visits, and promotion to health professionals.
• Experience in commercial planning, KPI tracking, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and result‑orientation.
• Availability to work in Santiago and travel as required.
