Remote Automation Engineer

About the role

Huzzle is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join a fast‑growing, fully remote team. You will design, develop, and optimise automated workflows that streamline business processes and boost productivity for a client focused on operational excellence and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and systems across business and technical environments.
• Analyse existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Develop integrations between platforms, applications, CRMs, and internal tools using Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, APIs or custom scripts.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, support, and engineering teams to improve processes.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, monitor performance, and ensure scalability, reliability and security.
• Document workflows, configurations and best practices.
• Research and evaluate new automation tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation engineering, workflow automation or related roles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
