Remote Backend Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and design coding challenges that help improve model performance. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers who need flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
