Remote Backend Developer – AI Training

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges to help improve the model’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid, or senior level.
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country (e.g., Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, etc.).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
