Remote Content Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Content Marketer to drive organic growth for established creators, educators, and industry experts. In this role you will craft and execute content strategies that expand audiences, boost engagement, generate qualified leads, and ultimately increase sales across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement organic content plans for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
• Research trends, high‑performing creators, formats, hooks and content angles to keep the idea pipeline fresh.
• Transform expert knowledge into compelling posts, videos, newsletters, and long‑form pieces.
• Script and storyboard short‑form and long‑form video content with strong hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Create visual assets such as carousels, graphics, and thumbnails using Canva or similar tools.
• Build lead magnets, email campaigns and ManyChat automations to convert audiences into subscribers and qualified leads.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, copywriting, scripting and design while preserving brand voice.
• Track performance metrics (audience growth, engagement, leads, sales) and refine strategies based on data.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing organic social channels or personal brands, preferably for creators, educators or coaches.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube; familiarity with TikTok and Substack is a plus.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities, especially for direct‑response content.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse results and optimise content.
• Fluent written English and strong communication skills.
