Remote Contract Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Contract Specialist to create, review, and refine a variety of commercial agreements. This contract‑based role supports the development of high‑quality legal templates that will feed into an AI training dataset, ensuring they meet current legal standards and practical business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide high‑quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of agreement types such as Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well‑structured, high‑quality documents that contribute to the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
• Experience with remote collaboration and autonomous delivery of assignments.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
