Remote Graphic Designer for Direct Mail Campaigns

About the role

PostPilot is looking for a remote Graphic Designer to create high‑impact postcard campaigns for ecommerce and consumer brands. You will work directly with customers to translate their assets, copy and offers into polished, print‑ready designs that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce postcard creative for a diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Convert customer‑provided assets, copy and offers into print‑ready files, adhering to bleed, trim and safety guidelines.
• Advise customers and internal account teams on creative direction, messaging, offers, calls‑to‑action and overall campaign strategy.
• Participate in customer calls to clarify briefs, discuss feedback, explain design decisions and align on campaign goals.
• Review final artwork for print readiness, including hierarchy, legibility, QR codes, URLs and front‑back consistency.
• Collaborate with internal production and account teams to launch campaigns quickly and accurately.

Required profile

• Strong visual design sensibility with the ability to adapt to many brand styles and industries.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, interpreting marketing objectives and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under clear deadlines.
• Available to work during US business hours in a fully remote environment.
