Remote Logistics Analyst (Hardware & Supply Chain)

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst at BairesDev, you will oversee hardware logistics processes, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness, and data‑driven decision making. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and external supply‑chain partners to maintain a reliable hardware network across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira.
• Update SAP for inventory management.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory using SAP and Jira.
• Create retrieval requests.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background in managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
