Remote Logistics Analyst

About the role

As a Remote Logistics Analyst at BairesDev, you will oversee the end‑to‑end logistics of hardware assets, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness, and reliable service across the organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external supply‑chain partners to support the company’s technology operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira and maintain accurate records.
• Update SAP for inventory tracking, warranty management, and hardware renewals.
• Analyze inventory data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and service improvements.
• Create and manage retrieval requests for hardware assets.
• Coordinate international shipments and courier services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflow tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to coordinate international shipments.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
