Remote Logistics Analyst

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst you will oversee the end‑to‑end hardware logistics process, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness and data‑driven decision making across the organization. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal teams and external supply‑chain partners to keep the hardware network reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira ticketing system.
• Update SAP for accurate inventory management.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory using SAP and Jira data.
• Create and track retrieval requests for hardware assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or procurement.
• Background handling hardware, physical assets or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SAP for inventory management.
• Familiarity with Jira ticketing system.
