Remote Staffing Consultant – IT Talent

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Staffing Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. You will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT business opportunities, ensuring timely placements and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined parameters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented and strong business/process mindset.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
