About the role

The company is seeking an experienced construction site resident to lead high‑end residential projects (segments A and A+) in Atitlán. The role involves full‑time onsite management, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the execution of residential construction projects in the A and A+ segments.
• Guarantee compliance with established timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate the construction team, planning and controlling materials and resources.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of architectural and engineering plans and efficient on‑site execution.

Required profile

• Architect or Civil Engineer degree.
• Minimum five years of proven experience on high‑end residential projects.
• Willingness to reside in Atitlán for the duration of the assignment.
• Full‑time availability, including weekends when required.
• Ability to work under pressure with proactive leadership on site.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Competitive salary ranging from Q15,000 to Q18,000 per month, based on experience.
