Retail Trainer

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Retail Trainer to work on‑site in Santiago, focusing on its offline retail channel partners. You will ensure promoters and merchandisers have deep product knowledge and can confidently represent Huawei’s consumer electronics to end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse training needs of retail channel staff such as promoters and merchandisers.
• Plan and execute a regular training schedule for offline retail stores.
• Develop engaging training materials, presentations and hands‑on product demos.
• Deliver product workshops and presentations tailored to retail environments.
• Track and assess the performance of coordinators and promoters after training.
• Prepare weekly training reports and share insights with retail management.
• Build and maintain Huawei’s brand image across all retail touchpoints.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• At least 2 years of coaching or training experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of consumer electronics products (smartphones, wearables, tablets, etc.).
• Ability to translate technical product features into simple, compelling retail sales pitches.
• General knowledge of market products in the consumer electronics field.
• Proven experience in public presentations or training delivery, comfortable with role‑play and on‑floor coaching.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays, to visit retail locations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive locally in Chile.
