Sales Account Manager

About the role

Red Hat is seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead partner‑focused sales activities across Chile. You will work closely with solution providers to grow revenue, develop joint business plans, and promote Red Hat’s open‑source technologies in the industrial and food sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate Red Hat’s value propositions with leading solutions providers to capture short‑ and long‑term opportunities.
• Promote joint solutions, drive partner‑initiated sales, and support direct sales efforts.
• Demonstrate how Red Hat’s technologies integrate into partner offerings to increase ROI.
• Engage executives regularly to ensure partner strategies align with Red Hat’s growth goals.
• Co‑create and implement business plans with partners, tracking performance against agreed metrics.
• Collaborate with other vertical teams to leverage the partner ecosystem for broader business objectives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of sales experience in software, working with partners or channel organizations.
• Background in industrial and food‑related markets.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and meeting sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and follow‑up abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Highly motivated, team‑oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
