Sales Account Manager – Telecom Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a senior Sales Account Manager to drive our commercial strategy and manage the relationship with a key telecommunications operator in Chile. The role will focus on expanding our footprint by delivering end‑to‑end mobile network solutions and coordinating high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive liaison for the CTIO, VP of Technology and Network Planning Directorates, building long‑term trust and strategic alignment.
• Lead the positioning, proposal and sale of comprehensive mobile network solutions.
• Orchestrate complex RFP processes, working closely with Pre‑Sales, Legal and Finance to produce winning technical and commercial offers.
• Monitor the client’s CAPEX/OPEX cycles and align our product roadmap with their network evolution needs.
• Communicate the business value of our technology in terms of energy efficiency, total cost of ownership and network performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, managing Tier 1 accounts or holding decision‑making roles within major operators.
• Established, active network of C‑level contacts in Network Engineering, Planning and Operations in the Chilean market (mandatory).
• Proven track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar infrastructure contracts with long sales cycles.
• Full professional proficiency in English for global reporting and HQ coordination.
• B.S. in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering; MBA highly desirable.
