Sales and Offers Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Offers Specialist is responsible for administering, consulting, and negotiating product and service contracts with external customers. You will develop pre‑sales contract strategies, work closely with marketing, sales and business management teams, and ensure contractual obligations are met without requiring legal qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate competitive bids, estimates and quotations, selecting the optimal product mix and technical/commercial considerations.
• Manage preparation of technical, financial and project‑management aspects of bids, including technology selection, pricing sheets and cash‑flow analysis.
• Coordinate bid planning to guarantee timely input delivery and adherence to quality procedures.
• Oversee external services such as translations and governmental approvals.
• Collect, archive and document all offer‑related information, recording assumptions and decisions.
• Report bid status using defined tools and analyse win/loss reasons.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Electrical or Electronic Engineer/Technician degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial tenders for substation protection & control systems and SAS.
• Desirable experience in teleprotection and communication systems.
