About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Services Representative to join our Infocentro in Santiago. The role focuses on delivering clear, accurate information to customers via phone and other channels, while maintaining high quality standards and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide precise product and service information to clients over the phone and other communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of all customer data.
• Support the credit formalisation process by supplying relevant information.

Required profile

• University student enrolled in any field of study.
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Familiarity with credit formalisation processes.

Required skills

• Proficient use of personal computers.
• Experience with Windows operating system.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
