About the role

Join a leading fashion retailer as a Sales Assistant at the Only store in Parque Arauco. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers achieve their style goals while working in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, providing product information and recommendations.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and ensure accurate labeling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, keeping displays tidy and appealing.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to set up window displays.
• Handle inventory alarms and ensure merchandise is properly tagged.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible availability for rotating 5‑day work weeks, including weekends.
• Responsible, proactive, and organized attitude.
