Sales Development Representative (French & English)

About the role

Veeam is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new demand in French‑speaking markets while also supporting English‑language prospects. You will focus on large strategic and enterprise accounts, helping to position Veeam’s data resilience and security solutions as trusted, high‑value options for prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator targeting strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Initiate and nurture relationships with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to understand business objectives.
• Conduct consultative conversations to uncover needs and articulate Veeam’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, channel partners, and technical teams to develop account‑based strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity and qualification records in Salesforce CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs such as leads converted, meetings booked, and pipeline value.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to refine outreach tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar outbound role.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Proven ability to engage decision‑makers and build trust quickly.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
