Sales Director (Chile)

About the role

Energizer Holdings is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its commercial operations in Chile. You will be responsible for driving revenue, margin, and profit growth across multiple product categories, while representing the company with key customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales, financial planning, and customer contribution targets for the full product portfolio and all distribution channels.
• Lead commercial strategy, including pricing, discounts, and trade terms, in line with global guidelines.
• Develop and execute account and channel strategies to expand distribution and increase market share.
• Negotiate major customer tenders and promotional plans to maximize market performance.
• Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through accurate forecasting and annual business planning.
• Lead the Chile commercial team and manage outsourced field sales providers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop direct reports, building talent and succession capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MSc, or MA) is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
