Sales Executive – Merchant Services

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue by selling merchant services solutions to businesses. You will manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, conduct face‑to‑face and phone meetings, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio with an annual net revenue value of $200,000 or more.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territories through meetings, calls, and marketing programs.
• Deliver online and in‑person presentations, respond to customer inquiries, and close additional product or service sales.
• Maintain accurate client records, call notes, and interaction schedules in Salesforce.com.
• Prepare regular activity reports for management and stay up‑to‑date on payments industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and proven performance.
• Experience selling merchant payment solutions or similar financial services.
• Strong ability to build and sustain long‑term customer relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com (CRM platform).
