About the role

Join Mastercard’s 2027 Sales Internship in Santiago and gain hands‑on experience in a global payments leader. The 12‑month, part‑time hybrid program combines real‑world projects with networking and leadership sessions.

Key responsibilities

Support sales teams in delivering business results across the region.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in preparing presentations and sales collateral for client meetings.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive project execution.
Participate in volunteer and team‑building activities organized by Mastercard.

Required profile

Student expected to graduate at the end of 2027.
Strong academic record.
Innovative thinking and willingness to take thoughtful risks.
Ability to partner effectively across the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
