Salesforce System Administrator – Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to maintain and optimise its Salesforce environment. The role is fully remote and supports global teams by ensuring platform stability, security and efficient business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
• Design and implement complex automation workflows using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets and organizational sharing rules.
• Oversee data integrity through regular audits and cleanup activities.
• Support and maintain system integrations for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Proficiency in building and managing Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Strong background in managing profiles, permissions and data security.
• Hands‑on experience with data management and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
