Salesperson – Gym Equipment

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Salesperson to drive the sale of gym equipment and related solutions for Wellness Pro in Santo Domingo. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on building relationships with gyms, sports clubs, hotels and corporate wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects in the fitness sector.
• Conduct in‑person sales meetings, present product features and benefits, and tailor quotations to client needs.
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, delivery schedules and after‑sales support.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends to advise clients on the latest fitness solutions.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain technical product features clearly.
• Basic business and administrative competence, such as preparing proposals and keeping accurate records.
• Interest or experience in fitness, sports or wellness environments.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Santo Domingo and travel to client locations as needed.

Required skills
