SAP Basis Administrator – Remote

About the role

As a SAP Basis Administrator you will be responsible for the technical backbone of SAP environments, ensuring they run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while supporting global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including NetWeaver and associated databases.
• Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, and troubleshoot issues to guarantee high availability.
• Manage the Transport Management System (TMS) for software logistics and deployments.
• Handle user administration, role creation, and SAP security configurations.
• Perform system upgrades, kernel updates, and apply patches or support packages.
• Coordinate backup and recovery procedures to protect data integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Basis or SAP System Administration.
• Proven ability to manage SAP infrastructure, including installation, patching, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and transport management processes.
• Hands‑on experience with user administration and SAP security best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
