SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) Program Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) Program Lead to drive end‑to‑end procurement and supply‑chain delivery within a global transformation program. The role requires strong program ownership, solution expertise, and bilingual stakeholder management across multiple Latin American countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete Source‑to‑Pay lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global SAP S/4HANA templates while supporting regional requirements.
• Lead the S2P track through all SAP Activate phases (Explore, Realize, Test, Deploy, Run) and manage fit‑to‑template workshops and governance.
• Define and oversee functional and technical design artifacts (FSD, PDD, WRICEF) and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies for suppliers, materials, purchasing and inventory data, overseeing mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live hypercare.
• Act as primary contact for business, IT and executive stakeholders, facilitating workshops and steering committees in English and Spanish.
• Drive training, change management and user adoption through Train‑the‑Trainer programs.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of SAP experience with a focus on MM / S2P / Procure‑to‑Pay.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably global rollouts.
• Track record leading large‑scale transformation programs and cross‑functional, onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
