Senior Account Manager – Protein Industry

About the role

Sealed Air is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction within the protein sector. You will lead strategic partnerships with meat, poultry, seafood and processed protein manufacturers, promoting integrated packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key protein processors and food manufacturers.
• Build long‑term relationships with procurement, operations, quality, engineering, R&D and executive leadership.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and long‑term customer agreements.
• Partner with Technical Service teams to coordinate product trials and customer‑specific solutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, marketing and finance to ensure successful execution of customer strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of B2B sales, strategic/key account management or technical sales experience.
• Experience in the protein, food processing or packaging industries.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
