About the role

Drive regional brand strategy for Merrell and Saucony across Latin America, delivering high‑visibility impact for a leading FMCG and retail player with strong LATAM scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the brand strategy for Merrell and Saucony throughout the LATAM region.
• Lead marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share.
• Oversee retail strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet brand goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on brand performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and marketing within the FMCG or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Expertise in developing and executing regional brand strategies.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in market analysis and consumer insights.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
