Senior Business Systems Analyst – Technology IT

About the role

Signant Health is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise IT team. The role focuses on Business Relationship Management (BRM) and AI‑enabled solutions, acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders and driving productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business processes and strategies to identify outcomes, obstacles, and technology options.
• Advocate for both Enterprise IT services and business unit needs, aligning IT services with stakeholder goals.
• Elicit, document, and translate business and system requirements for cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct business process modeling and create functional testing scenarios.
• Identify and implement AI or automation opportunities to remove friction, scale work, or accelerate outcomes.
• Support solution design, implementation, and ongoing operation of AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with proven ability to engage senior stakeholders on outcomes and options.
• Experience in Business Relationship Management and bridging IT with business units.
• Motivation to optimize company‑wide productivity and drive project/program success.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with IT and business colleagues on solution delivery.
