Senior Clinical Project Manager – Oncology

About the role

The FSO team is looking for an experienced Oncology Clinical Project Manager (Senior or Project Manager II) to lead global clinical trial projects. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget results while ensuring patient centricity and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational strategy and drive project performance toward contracted deliverables.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of oncology trials, including scope, timelines, risk, quality, and budget.
• Lead communication and collaboration with clients and cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
• Identify and mitigate financial, project, and quality risks using risk‑management and quality‑by‑design principles.
• Oversee project budgets, forecast revenue, and manage change orders.
• Ensure governance, issue escalation, and adherence to SOPs, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide inspiring leadership to build high‑performing project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of global project management experience, specifically in oncology.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑site clinical trials.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
