Senior Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is expanding its Services Customer Success team and seeks a Senior Specialist to drive customer outcomes, maximize the value of network products, and strengthen long‑term relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders to evaluate solution viability and understand cyber‑threat trends in the financial and payments sectors.
• Identify optimization opportunities that enhance customer value, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment with Mastercard services.
• Articulate and track performance indicators related to cost, performance, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers, and delivery teams to ensure full product value realization.
• Drive business growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal initiatives while supporting technical and program readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B customer success or account management within the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering proactive, personalized service.
• Senior‑level expertise in managing complex customer relationships and driving adoption.
