Senior Full Stack Developer (AI‑Native)

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack developer who is comfortable working on both backend and modern frontend technologies and who can leverage AI‑powered tools throughout the software development lifecycle. The role sits in an Agile team delivering enterprise‑grade applications for a global consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable micro‑services and enterprise applications.
• Implement backend components using Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
• Build frontend features with Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Write and execute test cases, participate in CI/CD pipelines and support production incidents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, promote clean code, observability and security.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a high‑performing engineering culture.
• Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Devin, Sourcegraph Cody, Continue.dev) for code generation, refactoring, documentation, test creation and debugging.

Required profile

• Senior‑level full‑stack developer with strong backend orientation.
• Hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA and Angular.
• Comfortable working in an Agile, collaborative environment.
• Proactive attitude toward AI‑enhanced development practices.
