Senior IT Support Specialist

About the role

One Park Financial is looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join its on‑site team in Santiago. You will be the primary technical resource for employees, delivering Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and connectivity in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site Level 1 support for Windows desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, TVs, headsets, keyboards, mice and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, network connections and VoIP issues.
• Create, execute and document daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly IT, operational and security checklists, validations and audits.
• Manage user accounts, device provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.

Required profile

• Proactive, dependable professional comfortable working directly with end users.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
