Senior Legal Manager, Chile

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Legal Manager responsible for Chile, as part of the growing Xiaomi International Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment. You will support Xiaomi’s business with pragmatic, business‑oriented and proactive legal advice, covering all fields of law and helping the company expand in the local market and region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and conduct research on Chilean laws and regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts.
• Draft guidelines, policies and templates for the organization.
• Review marketing materials and campaigns for compliance.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate disputes and claims, including managing external counsel.
• Support the promotion of the compliance program.
• Liaise with the headquarters legal team.
• Assist in the development of the Legal & Compliance department.

Required profile

• Chilean legal qualification with at least 5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Fluent English.
• Strong commercial sense and pragmatic approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
