Senior Principal (Cluster Lead) – Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Principal (Cluster Lead) to head Services Business Development across the CHIPABOL cluster (Chile, Paraguay and Bolivia). The role drives strategy, structures and closes services opportunities, builds new client relationships and oversees the services P&L at the cluster level.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Services across the CHIPABOL cluster, leading client‑facing business development.
• Collaborate with Services Product and Delivery teams to ensure seamless go‑to‑market execution.
• Provide strategic input for long‑term growth initiatives and scale Services across the cluster.
• Lead and manage the cluster‑level Services P&L.
• Develop financial models and business cases for new Services opportunities.
• Coach Services Business Leads to expand Service Sales Offerings within their portfolios.
• Maintain a customer‑centric perspective, proactively identifying client needs and market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends to uncover new growth avenues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and structured selling methodology.
• Proven experience in market analysis, strategic planning and commercial strategy development.
• Demonstrated sales acumen and financial literacy.
• Excellent customer insight and relationship‑building skills.
