Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for a global technology services firm. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure project quality, and drive profitable outcomes while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project results, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Foster a reliable, communicative environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry background with strong knowledge of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑motivation abilities.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
