Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for a global client base. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure project quality, and drive financial performance while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and coach project teams to achieve milestones and quality standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency across projects.
• Foster a collaborative environment, retain talent, and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
• Manage financial objectives, including budgeting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities to motivate diverse teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
