Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for BairesDev’s global clients. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑impact technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistent project quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment, retain talent and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning and forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures and take corrective actions to meet financial targets.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
