Senior SAP BASIS NetWeaver Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Senior SAP BASIS NetWeaver Consultant to support and optimise a global SAP landscape in Santiago, Chile. The role involves 24x7 support of business‑critical SAP systems, working closely with infrastructure, database and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP ABAP and Java stacks, including installations, upgrades, patching and system maintenance.
• Manage SAP GUI deployments, background jobs, printers and system monitoring.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor system health, performance and capacity; drive optimisation and automation initiatives.
• Support disaster recovery, high‑availability and HA/DR testing for SAP HANA, SQL Server, MaxDB and Content Server environments.
• Collaborate with project managers, infrastructure teams and global SAP support, following SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM governance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SAP Basis/NetWeaver administration experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on SAP HANA database administration.
• Experience working in a 24x7 global support environment with on‑call and weekend duties.
• Strong analytical skills for performance tuning, capacity planning and incident resolution.
