Senior SAP SD Consultant – LATAM Localization & DRC Support

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead functional support and implementation projects across LATAM markets. The role focuses on Order‑to‑Cash processes, SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), and local tax and invoicing regulations for Mexico, Chile, and Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Provide SAP SD functional support in AMS environments, handling incidents, enhancements, and root‑cause analysis.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy end‑to‑end OTC processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and inter‑company scenarios.
• Ensure seamless integration between SD and FI, MM, LE, and WM/EWM modules.
• Participate in full‑cycle SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, from requirements gathering to hypercare.
• Maintain and support SAP DRC solutions, electronic invoicing, and compliance monitoring for LATAM countries.
• Manage localization requirements and regulatory compliance for Mexico (CFDI 4.0), Chile (DTE, SII), and Argentina (AFIP e‑Invoicing).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP SD experience, with proven expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience supporting LATAM localization solutions.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish preferred.
