Senior Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to protect our systems, data, and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats. You will work across multiple teams to strengthen our security posture and drive continuous improvements in processes, tools, and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Triage cybersecurity requests and manage security ingestion queues.
• Design, review, and audit automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline IAM processes.
• Define, manage, enforce, and review access permissions based on least‑privilege principles.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and support internal and external audits.
• Monitor and analyze security metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and other teams to embed security into development and deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and DLP.
• Proven project‑management and process‑design experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent English (B2+ level) and ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
